Product Description
When your activities span several hours, the Classic Bike Hydration Pack is your logical go to water source. Easy to fill via an external access to the Omega Reservoir, this low-profile system offers convenient zip and overflow storage for essentials. A secure Bungee Cinch System holds extra clothing, while the low-profile design keeps the pack stable, and doesn't interfere with a helmet. The soft mesh harness that is highly breathable, comfortably carries the 50 ounces 1.5 liters capacity.

5 out of 5 stars How Did I Run Long Without This?   July 8, 2009

This hydration pack is more comfortable than my single-bottle belt. It's hard to believe I am carrying several bottles worth of water. No more careful rationing of liquids or stopping to buy bottled water during a 20-mile run. The mouthpiece is right next to your chin, but out of the way and easy to remove and replace at full stride. The pack slides a little at faster paces (7:00/mi.and under), but I got used to it and there's no chafing. Don't expect to carry much beyond a cell phone or 3 gel packs in the pocket, and unless you're an advanced yoga practitioner, don't expect to reach them while you're running. The main thing is getting enough water while you're running, and the CamelBak does that perfectly.

5 out of 5 stars Given as a gift.   March 31, 2009

This CamelBak was given as a gift. It arrived promptly & recipient loves it since he is an avid outdoorsman. He will be using it for skiing, running, biking, etc. Love the Hydralock (which isn't on older models) - it is just before the mouthpiece and prevents water from running out of the tube after you remove it from your mouth.

My husband got me this while I was training to run my first half marathon. It is awesome.
It wears comfortably, it holds my basic necessities, (keys, phone, shot blocks), and enough water that I haven't come back empty even once.
Doesn't leak, is surprisingly easy to clean, and very sturdy.
Can't complain about a classic!

I love my camelback. It is just big enough for a ride, but not to big as to get in the way. No leaks and the water tastes great, no plastic taste.

5 out of 5 stars Band Camp life saver   August 22, 2009

We purchased the camelbak for my son to take to band camp during the summer. Let me tell you it is a lifesaver,he doesn't have to haul around a heavy water cooler anymore and he can carry the camelbak the entire time on his back, like a backpack.
